Responsibilities

→Employee Relations: Act as the primary lead for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace investigations. Mediate disputes and provide expert guidance to management on maintaining a positive work environment.
→Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies across CDO retail and office locations. Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and industry regulations to mitigate risk.
→Performance Management: Oversee the performance review cycle, assisting managers with goal setting, coaching, and the implementation of improvement plans.
→Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and interviewing to the seamless onboarding of new hires.
→Training & Development: Identify regional skill gaps and facilitate training sessions on workplace ethics, communication, and company policies.
→Compensation & Benefits: Address staff inquiries regarding pay and benefits, collaborating with payroll teams to ensure data accuracy.
→Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover and disciplinary actions to inform regional strategy.
