Overview:
Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA business processes, support process documentation, and contribute to Fit–Gap analysis. Assist in workflow improvements, policy updates, and system implementation activities.

Responsibilities

→Participate in workshops and provide operational input for SAP processes
→Document AS-IS processes and define TO-BE workflows
→Identify gaps, exceptions, and functional requirements during Fit–Gap analysis
→Support updates to SOPs, policies, and internal controls impacted by SAP changes
→Assist with data requirements, system configuration, testing, and user training

Requirements

3–5 years of functional experience in Finance, Procurement, Sales, HR, or related areas
Skilled in process documentation, SOP creation, and workflow mapping
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or other ERP platforms is an advantage
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of controls, compliance, and audit requirements
