Responsibilities

→Generate, release, and manage purchase orders (POs) based on production requirements
→Maintain daily communication with multiple suppliers to confirm orders, deliveries, and commitments
→Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to understand specifications, drawings, and material requirements
→Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and payment terms
→Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance availability and cost efficiency
→Work closely with production teams to ensure continuous material flow

Requirements

At least 5- 10 years strong experience in purchasing/supply chain
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Experience sourcing technical or engineered components (made-to-print, spec-based parts)
Familiarity with international commercial terms and global trade/shipping terms
Has local sourcing experience
Basic understanding of calculating and reporting savings, including cost avoidance, cost reduction, and cash flow improvements
Experience working in a PEZA-registered environment is an advantage
