→Develop and implement category strategies and annual business plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets
→Conduct regular category performance reviews and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
→Plan and manage the product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars to optimize sales and profitability
→Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to execute category campaigns, online content strategies, and customer engagement initiatives
→Manage supplier relationships, conduct annual negotiations, and develop joint business plans to strengthen partnerships
→Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring availability while minimizing overstock and obsolescence
→Track and analyze category KPIs (sales, margin, market share, inventory turnover) and provide actionable insights to senior management
→Lead and mentor junior category managers or merchandisers to build category management capability within the team
