The Site Acquisition Head is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic locations for business expansion. This role ensures site viability, negotiates agreements, and manages the acquisition process.
Responsibilities

- → Lead site acquisition strategies and negotiations.
- → Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis.
- → Manage lease agreements and documentation.
- → Coordinate with legal, operations, and external partners.
- → Monitor market trends and expansion opportunities.
Requirements

- Experience in site acquisition, leasing, or real estate development.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
