Software Engineering Lead/Manager

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams while remaining actively involved in software development and technical decision-making. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can drive scalable system design, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

• →Lead and mentor one or more software engineering teams, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance support.
• →Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• →Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to define technical roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• →Participate in architecture discussions and make key technical decisions for complex systems and applications.
• →Write code, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• →Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and release planning.
• →Drive continuous improvement in software quality, development processes, automation, and deployment practices.
• →Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• →Encourage innovation and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Software Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in backend development using Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or other object-oriented/open-source technologies.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern containerized application environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, procurement, or inventory systems is an advantage but not required.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.
