The Technical Support Engineers will provide after-sales technical support for renewable energy projects. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers, and ensuring installed systems are operating properly.

Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns.
→Handle support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
→Ensure installed systems are operating correctly.
→Guide customers through technical concerns and system-related issues.
→Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.

Requirements

Strong technical troubleshooting skills in electrical systems or related fields.
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in solar/renewable energy industry.
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of issues.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
Licensed Engineer or relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
Driver's License is preferred.
