Proven experience in visual merchandising within retail, mall, or commercial environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial visual merchandising work
Excellent eye for design, layout, and detail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies
Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
