Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors to deliver seamless visual experiences.
Monitor effectiveness of visual initiatives, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor initiatives to keep visuals fresh and impactful.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in visual display, merchandising, or creative direction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking with excellent design sensibilities.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and spatial planning tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
