Registrar - Call Center

$17.00 - $23.80HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registrar in our Call Center. The ideal candidate Registrar is responsible for managing a high volume of patient calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate patient information within the electronic health record (EHR). This role supports clinics and providers by coordinating patient care needs while delivering positive, professional patient experience. The Registrar must be comfortable multitasking across multiple systems, following HIPAA guidelines, and adapting to changing workflows. We will be moving in September from Legacy Pointe to MSC Springfield located on 2901 Old Jacksonville Rd. Springfield, IL

Education

High School Diploma or GED-Required

Experience

Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
