どんな仕事？

• コンドミニアム内客室清掃もしくは温泉、共用エリアの清掃をチームに分かれて担当していただきます
• ゲスト用のアメニティを客室や共用エリアへの補充
• コンドミニアム内での問題やメンテナンスが必要が箇所があればマネージャーへの報告
• その他付随する業務全般

雇用条件

〈雇用形態〉・正社員

〈給与〉・年俸440万〜490万円(上記年棒を14分割し、毎月の給与と年2回の賞与に分けて支給)

〈勤務時間〉・平均40時間/週（1日8時間、シフト時間は季節によって異なります）

〈休日〉・年間休日120日、年次有給休暇10日（入社から6ヶ月経過後）

The Role

Main responsibilities would include but are not limited to the followings:

• Cleaning condominiums, apartments and houses for Guest stays.
• Bedmaking for in-house Guests and new arrivals.
• Replenishing Guest amenities in rooms.
• Notifying supervisor of any issues.
• Reporting maintenance issues.
• Receiving supply deliveries.
• Assisting Guests when necessary.
• Other general tasks in the business.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Passionate about hospitality service.
• Previous housekeeper experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic English or Japanese language skills.
• Driver's licence (desirable)
• Hold Japanese citizenship, Permanent Residence or a spouse visa. Please note that we are not able to sponsor a work visa for this position.

Employment Package Details

Employment Status: Ongoing contract

Contract Value: ¥4,400,000 to ¥4,900,000
(The above remuneration will be divided by 14 and paid monthly with two annual bonuses.)

Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan

Working Hours: average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
