Director of Protestant Music Ministries

Location: Dover Air Force Base, Delaware 19902

Schedule: Approximately 164 hours per year

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Director of Protestant Music Ministries to provide music support for Protestant worship services at Dover Air Force Base.

• Provide music for weekly Protestant worship services.

• Lead and coordinate weekly music rehearsals.

• Direct and support volunteer choir members and musicians.

• Coordinate music selections with chapel leadership.

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled worship services.

• Support special services, meetings, and chapel events as required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading music in a Protestant congregational worship setting.

• Proficiency in directing and performing Protestant worship music.

• Knowledge of Protestant worship traditions and services.

• Ability to recruit, organize, and lead volunteer choir members.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be available for an in-person musical audition at Dover AFB.
