Must demonstrate professional proficiency in English and at least one foreign language and be qualified to provide interpretation in that language.
Must have appropriate interpreter training, certification/credentials, experience, or documented professional competency applicable to interpretation services.
Must maintain confidentiality, follow professional interpreter standards and ethics, and be capable of providing accurate interpretation without adding, omitting, or changing information.

Provide professional telephonic interpretation between English-speaking personnel and limited-English-proficiency individuals.
Provide on-site face-to-face foreign language interpretation for medical appointments, meetings, consultations, and other authorized activities.
Provide video remote interpretation when requested.
Accurately interpret conversations without adding, omitting, summarizing, or altering the meaning of the communication.
Respond professionally to scheduled, short-notice, and emergency interpretation assignments and maintain appropriate confidentiality at all times.
