Must be fluent in English and eligible to successfully complete a DoD background check.

Create graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, photography, video, and other multimedia content in accordance with approved branding standards.
Capture and edit photo and video content at New Mexico Army National Guard recruiting events and activities.
Support social media and community engagement, including localized content and responses to digital inquiries.
Monitor recruiting prospects and route leads to the appropriate recruiter or centralized CRM within required timelines.
