Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Strong customer-service skills and professional conduct.
Ability to complete VA orientation, fingerprinting, background investigation, and PIV badging.
Ability to complete required safety and facility training.
Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
Must maintain a professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, kitchen, laundry areas, hallways, and stairwells.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, disinfect surfaces, and remove trash.
Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, sinks, counters, and fixtures.
Prepare guest suites following checkouts and before new guest arrivals.
Remove used linens, make beds, and replenish clean linens and guest supplies.
Collect and organize dirty linens for laundering.
Restock restroom, kitchen, laundry, and guest-room supplies.
Clean furniture, windows, mirrors, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
Maintain assigned porches, patios, sidewalks, and exterior trash areas.
Check rooms for bedbugs or other pests as required.
Report damaged items, low supplies, or maintenance concerns.
Coordinate daily priorities with Fisher House staff and promptly correct any cleaning deficiencies.
