About the Role
~1 min readDesign and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical and research positions, with a focus on AI and software roles
Source candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, online platforms, industry events, and academic institutions
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process
Build and maintain relationships with universities, research institutions, and professional communities to create talent pipelines
Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive recruiting practices in the tech and AI sectors
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Track recruitment metrics and regularly report on hiring progress
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective job descriptions
The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
1+ years of recruiting experience, specializing in technical roles (AI, software engineering, computer science, data science, etc.)
Strong understanding of technical roles and qualifications in AI and software development
Strong networking skills with ability to build relationships in technical communities
Experience recruiting for research scientist positions in academic or industry settings
Background in technology, computer science, or related field
