Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in French and English

  • Strong phone handling and complaint management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Proven customer support experience with a strong service-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.

  • Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing or maintaining PV inverters, battery storage, UPS, or power electronics preferred.
