Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Support the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

  • Manage communication with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.

  • Screen resumes and assist in candidate assessment and selection activities.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data when required.

Talent Development

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of learning and development programs.

  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.

  • Maintain training records and track employee participation.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from training programs to support continuous improvement.

  • Support talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.

General HR Support

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Support HR projects and administrative activities as required.

  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor regulations.

  • Collaborate closely with various departments to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and/or talent development.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.

  • Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.
