Senior Manager, Revenue Insights & Planning
Suitable locations: London, Newcastle or Stockholm. Lisbon, Prague, Copenhagen and other European locations considered.
Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Working Pattern - In Person 3 days per week
The role
You’ll be the CRO’s analytical business partner, explaining what is driving around €240m in annual recurring revenue and where we should focus next. Your analysis will span five regions, more than 50,000 customers and 25+ countries, informing decisions about sales investment, pricing and customer growth.
You’ll build models, test forecasts and investigate differences in the data, then bring a clear recommendation to the people making those decisions. Regional colleagues already produce reports, manage the CRM and run enablement. You’ll connect their work into a global view of performance that leaders can trust.
As Hubexo brings its commercial operations together, you’ll help shape how we analyse and plan revenue—combining hands-on analytical work with leadership of regional data contributors.
What you’ll do
Own the ARR bridge and revenue definitions with Finance. Explain what comes from new business, price increases, upsell and renewals, including revenue moving from legacy products to Hubexo Rise. Resolve differences between CRM, reporting and Finance data before they reach leadership.
Build the weekly Net New ARR forecast: commit, best case and deals at risk, by region. Inspect the pipeline, challenge assumptions with evidence and track forecast accuracy so each cycle informs the next.
Analyse gross and net revenue retention (GRR/NRR), churn and customer lifetime value by region, customer segment and cohort. Examine lifetime value against acquisition cost, and use win/loss analysis to recommend where we can improve retention and growth.
Model sales capacity, quotas, commissions and partner revenue share across five regions. Account for different local requirements and deal structures, with Finance signing off the calculations.
Prepare the CRO’s monthly business review pack by working day seven, alongside quarterly reviews and analysis for board discussions. Make the recommendation clear, with the evidence and risks behind it.
Lead a virtual team of regional data contacts. Work with Sales Operations, Finance and Customer Success to resolve differences and bring local knowledge into the global picture.
What you’ll bring
Your background could be in pricing, commercial finance, revenue operations or commercial strategy, including consulting. You’ll have built models, worked through imperfect data and used your findings to influence a business decision.
We’re looking for:
Strong commercial judgement: you can connect pricing, customer behaviour and sales performance to revenue, retention and growth.
Advanced Excel modelling and the ability to analyse and communicate performance using business intelligence tools.
A strong understanding of subscription business economics: you can explain recurring revenue, retention and customer value, and investigate what is driving changes in performance.
Evidence of questioning assumptions, explaining your recommendations clearly and influencing senior stakeholders.
Ownership and follow-through: you identify what needs investigating, check your conclusions and deliver the regular analysis others depend on.
Experience with ARR bridges, retention analysis, sales capacity or commission modelling would help you get established. You don’t need to have covered every area, but you should be ready to apply your analytical skills across this wider remit.
Our reporting and forecasting environment includes Power BI, HubSpot and Gong. Experience with these tools, SQL and working across countries would be useful. Understanding private-equity-backed businesses is also helpful; previous employment in one isn’t essential.
What this move could mean for you
You’ll work directly with our CRO. Together, you’ll address questions about sales investment, customer growth and performance, with your analysis feeding executive and board discussions.
You’ll connect pricing, forecasting, customer economics and sales planning, while leading contributors across regions. You’ll help shape how this work is done as Hubexo brings its commercial operations together.
This broadens your experience beyond an individual analytical specialism: combining hands-on depth with commercial planning, regional leadership and recommendations that senior leaders can act on.
