Join a leading hospitality brand in Kuwait as a Barista – Specialty Coffee.We're looking for a passionate coffee professional with strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience in espresso preparation, manual brewing, and latte art. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences, maintaining quality standards, and creating memorable guest interactions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over, French press, and cold brew.
→
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
→
Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
→
Grind, dose, tamp, and extract espresso according to brand standards.
→
Educate guests about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
→
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
→
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
→
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or café.

→
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, extraction, and milk texturing.
→
Experience with latte art and manual brewing methods preferred.
→
Good communication and customer service skills.
→
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
→
Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
→
