Full-time, 4 days a week (10-hour shifts), 5:00 AM start
Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
Overtime as needed. This is a 7-day operation, so schedules may vary.

Responsibilities

→Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing, extra or misplaced items
→Handle damaged, mislabeled or unscannable product and route it correctly
→Investigate and fix exceptions in receiving, picking, packing and shipping
→Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and correct inventory
→Conduct cycle counts and audits to keep inventory accurate
→Work with associates, leads and management to clear problems quickly and keep workflow moving
→Spot recurring issues and suggest process improvements
→Keep clear, accurate records of issues and resolutions
→Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Warehouse, distribution or fulfillment experience
Amazon experience, especially as a Problem Solver or in ICQA (a plus)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfort with handheld scanners, WMS and basic computer tasks
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Availability for 1st shift, with flexibility for overtime
Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
