Responsibilities

→Train new associates on order selecting methods and safe EPJ operation
→Coach associates on pace, accuracy and time management to help them reach productivity goals
→Watch associates on the floor, find what’s slowing them down, and help fix it
→Give clear, encouraging feedback and follow up on progress
→Show the right way to build pallets and follow safety procedures
→Work with site leadership to track how trainees are progressing and flag concerns early

Requirements

Order selecting and EPJ experience required
Strong communicator who can explain things clearly and patiently
Natural problem solver who can find the root cause and fix it
A mentor at heart who is genuinely helpful and invested in others’ success
Able to lift 35–51 lbs unassisted
Available Sunday to Wednesday, 10-hour shifts starting at 12 PM, with occasional overtime during peak seasons
