Background & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of internet platform operations experience. Overseas work or study experience preferred. Background in local services merchant operations, supply strategy, or merchant growth is required (prior experience with platforms such as Meituan is a strong plus).
Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong analytical prowess and strategic thinking abilities; proven track record of using data insights to diagnose operational bottlenecks and deliver actionable solutions. Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Project Management & Collaboration: Outstanding project management, cross-functional communication, and resource integration skills, with the ability to independently drive complex projects to completion.
