Cycle Counter (Equipment Operator)

Keep inventory accurate. Keep the warehouse moving.

Bring your forklift experience and attention to detail to Husqvarna Construction in Lenexa, KS. In this hands-on role, you’ll count inventory, resolve discrepancies, and help keep warehouse operations safe and organized.

• →Perform daily cycle counts across warehouse inventories.

• →Investigate missing inventory, resolve discrepancies, and adjust inventory as needed.

• →Authorize backorders as needed.

• →Help warehouse associates locate, retrieve, stack, and move materials and products.

• →Look for ways to improve the warehouse every day.

• →Follow general safety requirements.

• →Watch for and report maintenance issues, including damaged racking, I-beams, and corner mirrors.

• →Support other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Data entry skills.

• Forklift experience required. You must complete internal training to obtain forklift and standup licenses.

• Ability to lift and carry 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, push and pull products, twist and turn, and perform repetitive bending and hand work.

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to spend most of the day standing, bending, walking, and climbing ladders.
