In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will operate production machinery, assemble and cut metal components, inspect products, and help ensure all customer specifications are met. • →Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and production standards.
• →Operate industrial machinery to produce parts and components according to customer specifications.
• →Monitor equipment to ensure machines operate safely, properly, and efficiently.
• →Assemble and cut metal components according to specified requirements.
• →Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• →Maintain complete and accurate production records.
• →Identify and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• →Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
• →Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.
• →Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of industrial metal manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility.

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, or Production Laborer.
• Forklift or material-handling experience.
• Experience working in metal manufacturing or an industrial production environment.
