FP&A — Development

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, project finance, cost estimating, project controls, or portfolio analytics — ideally supporting real estate development, data centers, energy, or large capital projects.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in portfolio analysis, cost estimating, budgeting and estimate-vs-actual (lookback) analysis.
• Excellent communication skills; able to publish polished reporting and present findings to corporate and operations stakeholders.
• Comfort operating with ownership and autonomy across the full lifecycle of a project.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel ~10% to project sites.

• Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or other tools — able to build and maintain dashboards independently.
• PMIS: Experience with project management information systems preferred (e.g., Procore, Kahua, e-Builder, Unifier, or similar).
• ERP: NetSuite preferred; comparable ERP/accounting platforms acceptable.
• Excel: Advanced proficiency — complex models, pivot tables, lookups.
• AI: Demonstrated, practical use of AI tools in day-to-day analytical and reporting work.
