• →Previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, Finance Assistant, or in a similar accounting role.
• →Solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
• →Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
• →Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• →Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• →Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• →Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• →Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
• →Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• →Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• →Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working setup.

• Formal qualification in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Experience working remotely with UK, US, Canadian, European, or Australian companies.
• Familiarity with payroll, expense management, or financial reporting tools.
• Experience supporting startups, agencies, or fast-growing businesses.
