Business Intelligence Analyst

• →3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role
• →Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modelling and Power BI Service administration
• →Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Dataflows, Warehouses, and Pipelines
• →Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• →Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments
• →Ability to translate complex analysis into commercially focused business insights
• →Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• →Experience supporting multi-country or European business operations is highly preferred
• →Knowledge of Microsoft Purview or data governance frameworks
• →Experience with Azure Data Services such as Azure SQL, Synapse, or Azure Data Factory
• →Exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting models, or advanced analytics techniques
• →Background in manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, or distribution industries
• →Familiarity with Power Automate and workflow automation tools
