→3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or CRM marketing.
→Proven experience managing email and SMS marketing for eCommerce or DTC brands.
→Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused marketing content.
→Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategy.
→Experience building promotional calendars and campaign strategies.
→Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make strategic recommendations.
→Comfortable presenting campaign performance and strategy directly to clients.
→Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and cross-functional marketing teams.

Experience with specialized SMS platforms like Attentive or Postscript.
Familiarity with paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and how they integrate with retention.
Experience managing retention for 7-to-9-figure eCommerce brands.
Prior experience in subscription-based or consumable product categories.
