→Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment.
→Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.
→Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates without relying on inbound applications.
→Proven success making consistent placements across multiple roles and industries.
→Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
→Strong candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
→Excellent closing and offer negotiation abilities.
→Experience using ATS, CRM, and recruitment technology platforms.
→Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
