• →5+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience.
• →Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• →Ability to work consistent EST hours to ensure team alignment.
• →Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
• →A strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
• →Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• →Proficiency with Firestore/Firebase and REST API development.
• →Experience with Git-based workflows and containerized environments (Docker).

• Experience with Vercel, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Knowledge of Python and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Background in building event-driven architectures, microservices, or real-time systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI SDKs, LLM integrations, and Voice/Conversational AI platforms.
• Direct experience within the Healthcare Technology sector.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and observability tooling.
