Maintain a valid North Carolina driver's license and be approved by HVO's insurance carrier.
Ability to relate and respect persons with disabilities.
Demonstrated ability to perform computer functions associated with shipping logistics with willingness to learn new applications as required.
Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
Forklift certification or able to be certified.

Able to lift 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Appropriately pushing, pulling and twisting boxes on pallets in preparation for final shipping.
Requires motor skills with hands & feet including twisting while seated on forklift to visually scan area as product is being moved.
Ability to operate multiple levers, steering wheels, etc. for forklift/picker operation.
Walking on concrete floor in excess of 1.5 miles per day.
