Hi, I'm Romain - SVP Global Sales at hx.
I joined hx six months ago because I saw a rare mix of things: a deeply talented team, a product that is genuinely changing how insurers make decisions, and the ambition to build something category-defining in one of the world's most important industries.
The commercial opportunity in front of us is huge, but it is also complex. We sell into a market where credibility matters, where our customers are actuaries, underwriters and senior insurance leaders, and where AI needs to create real business value, not just a better story.
That is why we are hiring for our first Revenue Enablement role. This person will help us build the operating rhythm, onboarding, materials and enablement programmes that make our global Revenue team sharper, more consistent and more credible in the field.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →
Help build hx's Revenue enablement operating model, working with Romain to define scope, intake processes, prioritisation frameworks, and success metrics.
- →
Contribute to the 2026 Revenue enablement roadmap, turning commercial priorities into training, content, and rhythms that improve seller effectiveness.
- →
Design and run enablement programmes that strengthen qualification, discovery, deal progression, sales process adherence, Salesforce hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
- →
Build out customer insight, references, case studies, and value messaging that make sellers more credible and commercially sharp in the field.
- →
Work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, and ABM so sellers can confidently use messaging, launch materials, competitive positioning, and customer stories.
- →
Build onboarding and continuous learning content with clear curriculum and measurable ramp indicators for commercial hires.
- →
Use AI tools hands-on to build and iterate enablement assets and programmes, rather than relying solely on manual content production.
- →
Worked in Revenue enablement in a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex commercial environment, with evidence you understand enablement is about changing seller behaviour, not just producing training content.
- →
Built or contributed to enablement processes such as intake, content calibration, or measurement, even if not the sole owner of the full operating model.
- →
Delivered work that measurably improved seller effectiveness, such as better discovery execution, faster ramp times, improved Salesforce adoption, or stronger commercial discipline in live deals.
- →
Worked cross-functionally with commercial stakeholders, earning trust through pragmatic judgement and clear prioritisation rather than relying on formal authority.
- →
Built or contributed to onboarding and learning content that shortened time-to-productivity for new hires.
- →
Used customer insight and proof points to improve how sellers engage with prospects.
- →
Been comfortable building hands-on, without a team, at least in the first phase of the role.
Your experience is mainly in content production, LMS administration, or training delivery without exposure to the operating system and structure around enablement.
You need an existing playbook to follow, or see enablement as separate from sales execution, commercial strategy, customer insight, and cross-functional operating cadence.
You prefer strategy over hands-on delivery, or prefer working independently rather than collaborating closely with Revenue leadership, Marketing, RevOps, and frontline sellers.
You're looking for a role that comes with people management from day one.
If reading our Culture Document leaves you feeling neutral rather than energized, hx may not be the place where you will do your best work. We are building something that asks for commitment and conviction, and we want you to feel excited by the opportunity to grow with us.
