Multimedia Designer

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is Asia's leading web3 venture studio and they are seeking a Multimedia Designer to join their team.

• Multimedia Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements, for Web3 applications and platforms. Ensure that the content aligns with the project's goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Visual Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive designs that effectively communicate the project's concepts, features, and benefits. Develop a deep understanding of the project's brand identity and maintain consistency across all multimedia assets.
• Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Web3 and multimedia design. Familiarize yourself with blockchain concepts, smart contracts, and dApp development to effectively translate technical specifications into visually appealing and interactive designs.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of multimedia assets into Web3 applications. Communicate design concepts, ideas, and requirements effectively to stakeholders.
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the multimedia content's performance, usability, and engagement. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a multimedia designer, graphic designer, or a related role, preferably with experience in Web3 or blockchain projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating your multimedia design skills and experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in multimedia design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Sketch, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated experience in creating engaging graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to create visually appealing and coherent designs.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition. Portfolio showcasing your multimedia design work is required.
