Project Lead (Web3)

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client is one of the most active investors in Web3, with a portfolio of over 540 Web3 investments. They are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their dynamic team.

• →Lead and oversee internal projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable outcomes to drive profitability and scalability.
• →Foster seamless collaboration with internal trading, technology, and operations teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• →Leverage market data analysis to identify opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement in market making performance.
• →Stay informed on the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the crypto and Web3 space to inform strategic project decisions.
• →Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise and commitment to the crypto ecosystem.
• →Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, contributing to business planning and long-term growth strategies.

• 8+ years of experience in a Project Management or Project Lead role, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or related industries.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving cross-functional team collaboration.
• Exceptional relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or Web3 concepts is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for the crypto and fintech industry, with a proactive approach to staying updated on market developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
