~1 min read- →Conduct and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts to ensure complete accuracy and accountability.
- →Collaborate closely with the national procurement team to monitor supply levels, deliveries, and order fulfillment needs.
- →Maintain an organized and clearly labeled warehouse environment; full implementation of organizational systems is expected within the first 30 days of employment.
- →Assist in receiving and processing early-morning deliveries by starting the workday at 3:00 AM.
- →Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company-specific protocols related to inventory handling and storage.
- →Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and streamline distribution operations.
- →Supervise warehouse team members, with training as needed in inventory best practices.
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 3+ years of inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics experience (cannabis industry experience preferred but not required).
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement systems and maintain order in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort working early morning shifts and in a physical, on-your-feet role.
- Experience with inventory management systems and software platforms.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a rolling platform ladder
- Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
- General office environment.
- Extended computer usage.
- Extended phone usage including teleconferences, and
- Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.
- The employee will encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday and must have a high regard for self-management, time management, and scheduling of activities.
