iCapital is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take hands-on ownership of the Salesforce estate, spanning multiple organizations supporting the Distribution, Enterprise, Structured Investments, and Data Solutions teams. Working alongside a close-knit team to drive platform stability, data quality, and commercial capability, this is a role for someone comfortable walking into complexity, assessing it clearly, and building solutions that last.

Responsibilities

→Support daily Salesforce operations, including user requests, ticket resolution, and stakeholder communication.
→Lead the assessment, documentation, and enhancement of Salesforce configuration across multiple organizations including environments where formal ownership is being established.
→Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
→Configure standard Salesforce tools such as Flows, approval processes, reports and dashboards.
→Manage user and license administration (i.e. setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
→Partner with an external delivery partner and progressively take ownership of complex configuration and build work as internal capability scales.
→Maintain and manage sandbox environments for testing and deployment.
→Collaborate with teams using integrated platforms.
→Troubleshoot and fix bugs as needed.
→Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend relevant platform improvements.
→Communicate platform updates and provide user training as needed.

Requirements

5-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud or integrated platforms such as HubSpot, Cvent, or Tableau is strongly preferred
Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs, including environments with limited existing documentation
Familiar with financial services, fintech, or alternative investments is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Able to document processes and contribute to internal knowledge management
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams

What We Offer

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
