Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

If you’re not yet certified, we’ll support you through our ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam, required by the BACB.

• →Direct Client Support
• →Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• →Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• →Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• →Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• →Collect, organize, and document session data accurately

• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training

• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• Preferred one-year experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

• Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 ($1/hour pay increase per level upon competency completion). 

• Apprenticeship program: training and supervision hours provided.
