About the Role
~1 min readAt ICL, data is how we understand our impact, find opportunities to improve, and build evidence for the broader sector about the services that truly help people get better. As part of our strategic plan, we have established a dedicated department for performance measurement, evaluation, and quality improvement, serving as ICL's analytical backbone and expanding our data-driven culture across 140 programs. We are looking for an exceptional leader to join the department's leadership and guide our Data & Impact team. In close partnership with the Chief Data, Impact & Quality Officer, the VP will help strengthen how our programs measure and improve their work and foster a culture of data curiosity across the organization. Because this is a new role, the incoming VP will have the unique opportunity to shape how this work grows, and to help ICL share leading innovations and practices with the field.
