• →Lead and support activities in assigned areas to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
• →Monitor workflow, product handling, labeling, and order preparation for quality and compliance with established procedures.
• →Assist with training and guiding team members on safety rules, operating instructions, and standard work practices.
• →Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and other leadership roles regarding priorities, workflow issues, and operational needs.
• →Identify and help resolve routine problems in a practical and timely manner.
• →Complete routine documentation, reports, and related computer-based tasks accurately.
• →Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• →High school diploma or GED required; some college-level study preferred.
• →Two to five years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment,
• →Strong oral and written communication skills.
• →PC computer skills and the ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
• →Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• →Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or customers.
• →Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• →Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• →Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• →Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
