Hours: 12:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday–Friday, Overtime opportunities

Job Description:

Work as part of a small team to complete timely, thorough cleaning of assigned spaces, following established checklists and protocols.
Accurately follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper use of chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while on-site.
Coordinate closely with team members and on-site staff to keep work on schedule.
Attain familiarity with site-specific cleaning specifications and requirements, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.
Exhibit proficiency, efficiency, and professionalism in all areas of job performance.
Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing tasks and looking for ways to add value to the job and serve the customer.

Job Minimum Qualifications:

Strong ability to follow detailed checklists and instructions precisely and consistently.
Proper, safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with willingness to learn site-specific protocols.
Professional communication and demeanor.
Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Availability to work 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Position Ideal Qualifications: Experience in janitorial services, environmental services, or hospitality housekeeping.

Physical Requirements:

Exposure to cleaning chemicals and odors.
Frequently lifts, carries, pushes, or otherwise moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Frequently walks, stands, bends, stoops, and moves quickly between rooms.
