About the Role:
ServiceMaster Commercial Building Cleaning by Acker is looking for a dependable and hardworking Janitorial team member to join our evening crew at our 38th and Dewey Ave location in Omaha, NE. This is a great opportunity to be part of a trusted cleaning company where your work makes a real difference every single day. Pay Rate: 15/Hour
Days/Hours - 6 hours on Tuesday and Thursdays and 5 hours on Saturdays- Shift can start anytime after 5pm - no earlier
Location: 38th and Dewey
Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial and custodial duties during evening shift hours
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain clean floors throughout the facility
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Ability to work evening shift hours reliably and consistently
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
