Voda Cleaning & Restoration of South Kansas City is hiring a Crew Chief to lead restoration and cleaning projects across the KC metro. If you've got experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or property services and you're ready to lead — we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on leadership role with steady year-round work, paid training, real advancement, and a team that has your back.

What You'll Do

Lead crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning jobs
Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
Keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Handle job documentation and equipment tracking
Train and mentor new technicians
Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning as needed
Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
Keep equipment and job sites organized

What We're Looking For

1+ year in restoration, cleaning, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred
Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable with mobile apps and basic technology
High school diploma or GED
IICRC certifications a plus (WRT, AMRT, CCT, etc.)
