Key Responsibilities:

Inspect property damage and develop custom mitigation and restoration plans tailored to each situation.
Lead restoration and mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and quality outcomes.
Supervise and coach technicians, reinforcing best practices in restoration techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
Serve as a point of contact between clients, insurance reps, and the team, promoting clear communication and exceptional service.
Provide hands-on support in the field, assisting with tasks like water removal, drying, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
Ensure tools and vehicles are properly maintained and stocked to support job readiness.
Track progress, adapt strategies as needed, and maintain compliance with industry regulations such as IICRC and OSHA.
Keep thorough documentation, including equipment usage, moisture readings, and restoration reports.
Respond to urgent service calls and take part in the rotating on-call schedule.
Foster a safe, supportive work environment by upholding company standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or recognized equivalent (GED).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
Ability to pass a background check.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and take part in an on-call schedule.
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) must be current.
At least 1 years’ experience in restoration, mitigation, or a closely related field preferred.
Supervisory or leadership background in the industry is a strong asset.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to evolving situations.
Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.

Physical & Environmental Demands

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Will work in varied conditions: confined spaces, overhead tasks, exposure to chemicals, strong odors, and loud environments.
Respirator use may be required for safety.
