The work: When a home or business floods, catches fire, or floods with smoke damage, our crew shows up to make it right. As a Restoration Technician, you'll:

Extract water, remove damaged materials, and clean and dry out the property

Help with light demolition, debris removal, and detail cleaning

Set up and run restoration equipment (we teach you how)

Log your work on a phone app and keep the job site organized and safe

Work alongside a team and talk directly with the customers you're helping

No two days look the same, and you'll finish each one seeing the difference you made.
Who does well here: You don't need restoration experience — we train you and pay you while you learn. People from hands-on backgrounds tend to thrive including but not limited to, construction, demolition, cleaning, food service, EMS/firefighting, carpentry, handywork, or property maintenance. If you're dependable, calm under pressure, and like helping people on a hard day, you'll fit right in.

To be a Restoration Technician you'll need:

18+ with a valid driver's license

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to do physical work and keep a flexible schedule (we have FT & PT shifts)

Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Room to grow: Many of our technicians move up into lead and project roles as they earn certifications. We promote from within.
