What You'll Do

Generate new roofing leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and self-generated marketing efforts
Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections
Safely climb ladders and access rooftops to perform comprehensive roof evaluations
Identify storm damage, aging roofs, leaks, and other roofing concerns
Measure roofs and assess repair and replacement needs
Prepare and present accurate repair and roof replacement estimates to customers
Educate homeowners and property managers on available roofing solutions
Guide customers through insurance claim processes when applicable
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Build lasting relationships with customers and referral partners
Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Roofing, construction, restoration, or insurance industry experience is a plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Smartphone and ability to utilize sales and CRM tools
Ability and willingness to climb ladders and walk on residential roofs safely
Ability to inspect roofs, identify damage, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of engagement
