CCTV Operator

IIQAF Group is seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our security operations team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, protecting company assets, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, identifying security risks, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate security records.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance operations, security control room operations, security systems, access control, incident reporting, loss prevention, and security monitoring. Candidates with experience in insurance, banking, corporate offices, or commercial facilities are encouraged to apply.

• →Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security cameras to identify suspicious or unauthorized activities.
• →Observe live video feeds and review recorded footage for security investigations.
• →Report security incidents, safety concerns, and emergencies immediately to the appropriate personnel.
• →Operate and monitor access control systems, alarm systems, and other electronic security equipment.
• →Maintain detailed incident logs, surveillance reports, and daily security records.
• →Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches in accordance with company procedures.
• →Coordinate with security officers, facility management, and emergency response teams.
• →Retrieve and archive CCTV footage for investigations and insurance-related requirements.
• →Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults.
• →Conduct routine system checks to maintain uninterrupted surveillance operations.
• →Monitor visitor access and employee movements in designated areas.
• →Follow company security policies, confidentiality requirements, and operational procedures.
• →Support internal investigations by providing accurate surveillance evidence.
• →Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and company information.
• →Assist in improving security procedures and risk prevention initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator, Surveillance Operator, Security Control Room Operator, Security Officer, CCTV Controller, Security Monitoring Officer, or Surveillance Analyst is preferred.
• Experience in insurance, banking, corporate offices, commercial buildings, hotels, or facility management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
• Familiarity with security operations, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong observation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
