Detroit is a city that earns everything it gets, and that identity runs through this organization — how we work, how we develop, and how we compete. We’re building something here: one of the game’s most productive player development pipelines, a roster built on homegrown talent, and a culture built on getting better every single day. Our Baseball Operations department succeeds because of people who bring rigor, curiosity, and a genuine hunger to win to the work — not just on the field, but in every room where decisions get made.

The Baseball Performance Associate will assist with the delivery of Performance Science solutions within Baseball Operations. This role will work closely with Baseball Analytics, Player Development, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Medicine, Rehab, and Coaching staffs to optimize performance.
