The iFlex RN is part of Intermountain’s internal travel agency for assignments. This is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. This RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members. Our iFlex RNs are expected to float if not needed at assigned facility.

Join the iFlex Internal Travel Agency as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Primary Children’s Hospital is the only Level I Pediatric Trauma Center in a five-state region and provides highly specialized care for some of the most critically ill and injured pediatric patients. The hospital includes a 32-bed PICU, 16-bed CICU, 28-bed Neuro Trauma Unit, and 50-bed Level IV NICU, with more than 1,500 neonatal and pediatric transports each year.

As an iFlex PICU RN, you’ll bring your pediatric critical care expertise to a fast-paced environment caring for critically ill children and adolescents. You’ll work alongside experienced pediatric specialists while supporting patients and families through complex and often high-acuity care.

This opportunity is designed for experienced PICU nurses who can step into an assignment with minimal orientation and work independently managing critical care patients.
