MarketingGrowth Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who can turn marketing plans into organized, high-quality execution and independently manage assigned campaigns and programs from planning through launch, measurement, and optimization.

You will work across multi-channel campaigns, email programs, content, events, social media, sales enablement, and HubSpot to help Immerse reach the right audiences, create demand, and contribute to pipeline growth.

This role is ideal for someone who already has solid hands-on B2B marketing experience and is ready to take greater ownership of their work. You will be expected to manage programs with limited supervision, keep work moving across stakeholders, analyze results, recommend improvements, and continuously strengthen how we execute.

  • →Translate campaign strategies into actionable timelines, task lists, briefs, asset requirements, audience segments, and launch plans.
  • →Build, test, launch, and monitor campaign assets, ensuring links, forms, tracking, copy, creative, and audience targeting are accurate.
  • →Monitor campaign performance across engagement, leads, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • →Identify performance trends and recommend practical optimizations and experiments based on campaign results.
  • →Manage assigned campaigns from planning through launch and post-campaign analysis, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies along the way.

Email, HubSpot, and marketing operations

  • →Build and manage marketing emails, nurture sequences, lists, forms, landing pages, and simple workflows in HubSpot.
  • →Monitor email, landing page, and funnel performance and recommend improvements based on results.
  • →Ensure campaign tracking, UTMs, forms, and lead capture processes are implemented accurately.
  • →Support lead routing, campaign attribution, and marketing database hygiene within established processes.
  • →Document and improve repeatable processes, templates, and checklists that make marketing execution more scalable and consistent.

Content and social media

  • →Manage the content and social media calendars, coordinating deadlines, approvals, design, publishing, and distribution.
  • →Draft and adapt short-form content for email, social media, landing pages, newsletters, and campaign assets.
  • →Coordinate blog production with internal subject-matter experts and external writers, from brief through publication.
  • →Manage the company newsletter process, including content collection, assembly, review, testing, and scheduling.
  • →Identify opportunities to repurpose and distribute existing content across channels to increase reach and campaign impact.
  • →Monitor content and channel performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

Events and sales enablement

  • →Manage assigned marketing workstreams for webinars, conferences, and field events, including promotional campaigns, registration flows, attendee communications, collateral, and follow-up.
  • →Coordinate event logistics and vendors for assigned workstreams, escalating decisions, dependencies, or risks early.
  • →Ensure accurate lead capture, upload, routing, and post-event follow-up.
  • →Support the measurement of event performance, including registrations, attendance, engagement, leads, opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
  • →Create and update sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, email templates, case studies, and campaign kits.
  • →Keep shared marketing and sales resources organized, current, and easy to find.
  • Assigned campaigns and programs launch accurately, on time, and with minimal supervision.
  • Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced leads and pipeline grow over time.
  • Campaign performance improves through consistent testing, analysis, and optimization.
  • Email, landing page, event, and content performance improves over time.
  • HubSpot data, campaign tracking, and lead capture processes remain accurate and useful.
  • Sales receives timely, relevant enablement and properly followed-up leads.
  • Projects are well organized, dependencies and risks are communicated early, and stakeholders have clear visibility into next steps.
  • Recommendations are increasingly informed by performance data rather than execution alone.
